Description sent from donor:
The sailboat is a 2003 fiberglass West Wight Potter 19’ built by International Marine. I purchased it new in 2003. It trailers easily behind my Jeep Wrangler.
It’s 19 feet long and is powered by both sail and a 5 HP Honda outboard motor. It has two sails, the main sail and the jib. The jib has a fuller mechanism. It has a retractable centerboard. It has sleeping accommodation for two adults and two kids. It has a sink and chemical porta-potti. It comes with a UHF marine radio. The boat comes with two anchors and anchor line and chain. It has a sunbrella Bimini top for the cockpit, it also has a marine fish finder-fathometer. The boat also comes with a mast raising system.
Over the years the blue hull paint has faded. The boat is generally in fair shape, but it needs a good cleaning in and out. I will have to brief the new owner on how to raise and lower the mast and how to use the retractable centerboard. The outboard motor runs, but the pull start retractor needs repair.

I have a title for the boat, but no title for the trailer. I also have all the original manuals and documentation for the boat, trailer and outboard motor.
