There are other Hershey Fondue sets from other years before and after 2007.
This particular vintage set is extra special because 2007 was Hershey's 100th year in existance as a brand that has grown to be a global icon.
For that reason, the dessert fondue sets that Hershey's produced during 2007 had a special stamp placed on the ceramic bowl commemorating the chocolate company's 100 year anniversary.
This discontinued kit includes
all original contents
from the same set:
1. One (1) original ceramic lid
- Silver base with white ribbon handle. The ribbon handle has "KISSES ®" written down its outer edge. There are two small bubbles to the left of the KISSES ribbon handle. Very light scuff marks to the left of the KISSES ribbon handle. Very light scuff marks under the KISSES ribbon handle.
2. One (1) original ceramic bowl (5" x 5" x 6.5")
- Silver pot with a 3/4 quart capacity. Very little wear and tear for its age and usage. Light scuffing on the bottom side in a few random places. Inside clean and blemish free. The bottom is imprinted with "©THC2007, CHINA" (© 2007 The Hershey Company, Made In China)
3. One (1) original bowl metal stand (3.25" Tall)
- Like new.
4. One (1) original (used) tea light candle
- Used once. Edges crinkled.
5. All four (4) original fondue forks
- White Handles in Unopened Plastic Packaging - Handles have "KISSES ®" written down one side. Like new. Manufacturer perfect.
6. One (1) original box
- Normal wear and tear for age, usage, and storage. Light scuff marks and the ocassional small dent might be found on any given side of the box. The graphics are still bright and readable. Also has original square cardboard insert for extra padding.
7. One (1) original one-sheet Use & Care instructions
- Normal wear and tear for age, usage, and storage. Contains safety cautions. Use of a Tea Light Candle. Care and Clean Up. Directions for using the Dessert Fondue Set. Two fondue recipes for Milk Chocolate Bar Fondue and Chocolate Lover's Fondue (with a variation).
(Fully put together the fondue set, roughly 8.5" tall and 6.5" wide.)
This whimsical dessert fondue set is multi-use. The ceramic pot and top can be used as a chocolate dish or a candy dish without the stand. The fondue set is compatible with chocolate as well as fondueing candy, cheese, meat, etc. It can hold fruit, sugar, icing sugar, cocoa, or anything you can imagine.
