4 Antique (1880s) WR Ridgways England SALAD PLATES 7 7/8” Brown Transferware.
They are very old, but it doesn’t appear they were ever used - I see no utensil marks. No chips or cracks. On the back you will see some brown glaze spots, typical of plates this age. One plate has some glaze crazing, which I tried to photograph. Condition is "Used".
From what I read, the brown color of this pattern is fairly rare.
