Functional Condition:
Counter has been tested and has the following issue:
Channel 3 reads two times the frequency input between 275-410MHz but it reads the frequency input correctly otherwise. The counter was tested on all three channels with a signal generator. Channels 1 and 2 display an accurate frequency reading up to 225 MHZ. Channel 3 has an accurate frequency reading up to 3 GHz with the exception of the previously mentioned issue. The buttons are functional. The screend displays clearly.
Cosmetic Condition:
The counter is in good cosmetic condition.
