    Testing
    I used my Fluke 5700A opt 003 and HP 8673D to test over a range of 10 Hz to 3 GHz.
    I followed the Performance Tests in the Service Manual 53131-90039 03/09. (did not do Time Interval and Trigger Level due to lack of proper test equipment, the rest pass)
    Time base tested to my 53132A Opt 012 after a 3 day warm up period. (+5.58 ppb)
