This is an old gen BHI Blackhawk Industries  assault float vest in OD Green.
From the 90's, the buckles are dated '98. Pretty rare these days.
Condition: Used. It shows use and wear with fading. Metal parts are corroded. All velcro and buckles work. Excellent vest.
