Used Fluke 7260A counter/timer.
Powers up, decimal places change as they should.
No way to test it further.  No leads or AC cable included.
This is from the collection of a retired electrical engineer who built a lot of his own test equipment.
All of the equipment I have been able to check has tested good.
Since I cannot test this properly, it is being sold as is, for parts, or as non-working.  I suspect everything works fine, but I cannot guarantee it.
