The PM6680B is a high resolution programmable timer/counter and analyzer. It can measure frequencies up to 225 MHz on the A and B channels, and includes the following features:
Up to 2k measurements/second to internal memory
The following measurement functions: Frequency, Carrier Wave, Burst, PRF and Ratio, Period, Phase, Positive/Negative Pulse Width, Positive/Negative Duty factor, Rise/Fall Time, Time Interval, Totalize, Max, Min and Peak to Peak Voltage
High resolution time measurements, 250 ps single-shot, 100 ps averaged External Arming with optional delay
