    3995 KC
    This is the real deal--an old pressure-mounted FT-243 crystal.  Marking on the side indicate this was made for a BC-746 pogo stick set.  Tested in a Johnson Adventurer where it keys fine.  The oscillation frequency was a few hundred Hz high, as is typical with these, but not excessive.
    This is a good crystal that should be put to use.
