RSConnect Software:
At your home or office, use the RSConnect scheduled polling software to retrieve any of your store’s daily or period-to-date sales reports. This sales data can be printed for your review or transferred to other software applications for further data mining. The RSenCounter 4000 can hold up to 9 days of report information for later polling. Password protected RSConnect can also be used to reprogram your registers for changes in menu items, pricing, and any other attribute within the RSenCounter program.

Retained Guest Check
Seat numbers
Split Checks
Hold & Fire Orders

Quick Service Software Features:
Speed and ease of use is imperative for a quick service POS terminal. Cashiers must be able to learn the system quickly and be able to follow the menu options in a minimal amount of time. With the large, 20 line front display, we can display the current order along with the last two orders taken. When menu items are rung that require optional modifiers such as cooking instructions or other options, pop-up boxes are displayed from which the operator can make the correct decision. If you would like to attach the customer’s name to the order, we can prompt that the name be entered at the time of sale and thus directed to either a kitchen printer or video display monitor. Piece counts for inventory, along with plate costs, can be entered and reported by the NEC 4000 terminal to help you reduce food costs and increase efficiency in the kitchen.
