This lovely platter harks back to a time of charming sea-side resorts, ladies with parasols and travel by grand ocean liners.  Manufactured by Ridgway is a restaurant grade serving or dinner platter in ivory ceramic with neo-classical decoration.  This hefty platter is adorned with swags of pale blue garland and intermittent butterscotch colored urns and rosettes.  At the very outer age is a thick ring of the same light rust color.  Use this hearty platter as a serving piece or a plate for someone with an equally robust appetite.  Anyone for bangers and mash?
