7 Mil thick mylar bags are the wise choice for long-term storage of freeze dried or dehydrated foods.  Don't take chances on the protection of your valuable items by using thinner sprayed-on metal film bags.  Our thick 7 Mil film with a true inner metal aluminum layer provides the highest level of protection for long-term storage and reduces the risk of accidental puncture due to abrasion.  If you can see light through your bag film, the quality is low and not suitable for long-term storage.  Use our trusted, proven, high quality bags to meet your long term dry storage requirements.
