RIDGWAY MORLEY WEAR & CO ENGLAND "NONPAREIL" 17 1/4" OVAL SERVING PLATTER
We are offering an oval serving platter in the "Nonpareil" pattern by Ridgway, Morley, Wear & Co.
The made in England platter measures approximately 17 1/4" in length by 14" in width and weighs approximately 4 lbs
.
The serving platter
has a light blue or blue-purple floral pattern against a white background on the front of the platter. It is scalloped on the edges. The back-stamp possibly dates the platter to c. 1842-1845.
The oval serving platter in good condition for its possible age - no chips or cracks noted!
There is general crazing on the front & back as well as slight utensil scratches on the front & more significant scratches on the back.
There are small spots wear the glaze is missing on the front & staining on both front & back.
Shipment to Italy or Mexico requires transport via Insured USPS Priority Service.
We double box all fragile items to help withstand the stress of transport.
