  • Condition: The bowl has a tight hairline just below the rim approximately 1/2" vertically and 1" horizontally. The inner rim has 2 small chips. There is significant pitting and discoloring on the interior. The exterior is good with light crazing and staining as seen in the photos. The feet has shelf wear as expected. The lid is superb with no chips, cracks or fleabites. The underside has some light crazing and staining. The top is bright white and has no notable crazing. The designs are bold.

    The piece is unmarked save an "X" on the base. It's almost certainly Ridgway's Oriental, however W Adams made a very similar design leaving a hint of doubt in my mind.
