It's a real shame that it's come to this.  Please, if the exact color is important to you, ask questions or google the item.  My listings always have the general color family, but I don't know if my color is the exact shade you're looking for.  I've had a bag returned for being too navy, when described as navy, not bright enough purple when it's described by the manufacturer's own colors (and my listing) as bilberry purple.  Off white as too white, tan brown as not tan....and the list goes on.  I've been on ebay for 20 years and always available to answer questions, usually within a couple of hours.  I want you to like your purchase but I'm not a mindreader.  I describe items to the best of my ability but if you have any questions as to color, etc...ask away and I will take photos in different lights or however you prefer.  BTW, this font is navy and generally when I describe a colored item I use the closest font color to the color of the item...
