    Ridgways Pitcher Stein Washington D.C. Mount Vernon Congressional Library 1891.  This stein sports the "Beauties of America" series theme which was during the 1820's.  This is not from that series which is blue on white transferware.  This piece is rare considering the color and subject matter.  The makers mark is for Ridgways pottery and this mark began in 1891.  Please review pictures for details.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail .00.  I combine shipping so please check out my other auctions.  Thank you for looking.  Sarah
