    Bear has never been taken out of plastic box and box is still sealed.
    May have an original TY signature, not sure as never opened.
    Clear plastic container has some wear, scratching to it and the plastic seal is lifted a tiny amount at edge.  (PLEASE SEE PICS!)
    Listed as new as the bear is in pristine condition as it has never been removed from box.
