Being offered is Ty Shadow the Cat 12” Plush Realistic Cat Black Beautiful White Fluffy Kitty Vintage 1999 in excellent preowned condition. The only thing I found is that there appears to be a faint spot on one of her paws (see photo) which may or may not be removed. I didn't try. Will let buyer decide if it is troublesome. She is approximately 12" tall.
