    Description

    VC3165 High Precision Radio Frequency Counter. I cannot determine the brand from the front panel. There seem to be a lot of clones of this instrument out there. The counter was removed from an industrial test facility where it had been stored powered off for several years.
    There is some minor cosmetic scuffing, label residue, etc. on the top of the case. Please see the photos.
    The unit powers up and the display works.
    It has not been tested for accuracy.
    The calibration expired on 14 September 2017. No probes or manual are included with the unit, just an AC power cord.
    I will ship via USPS; buyer pays.
