You are purchasing a vintage New Old Stock Stanley Home Products Slimline Sliver Duster, made in France. The item specifics are correct to the best of my knowledge.
It is designed to dust in narrow spaces between items, or between a refrigerator, say, and the wall. It can clean in spaces only 3/4" wide.
The cover is removable for easy laundering, and ties on to prevent it slipping off in between items. The dusting head is nearly 2 ft long, so it gets way inside where dust likes to hide.
It is still sealed in its original packaging, and has never been used. It was made when Stanley Home Products was headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts. Stanley Home Products was well known for their high-quality, long-lasting products.
I also have a white one that is slightly different which is not in its original packaging but is also new and unused. If you would prefer that one instead of the brown one, just let me know when you purchase it. You can see it in the last two pictures.
