This is a vintage bone china bowl made by Queen Anne Ridgway Potteries in England.
It's a lovely form decorated with colorful floral sprays and gold trim on top and bottom edges.
The bottom is marked as shown.
It's in very good condition without any chips, cracks or crazing.
It measures about 2-5/8" tall and 4-1/2" in diameter.
