    I am considered a conservative grader and believe this item is in NRMT condition, but you should look at the pictures and make up your own mind! It does not have a COA as I received the photo in person at one of the Bears off season shows!
    I have been collecting for over 60 years and believe it it time for others to enjoy these items.
